Demo project. ALFY is a personal portfolio project — it is not a real store and has no real customers. Everything here is fully functional and safe to explore and test end to end (browsing, cart, and checkout in test mode). No real orders or payments are processed.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information ALFY collects when you use our store, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to process your orders and improve your experience.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following, depending on how you use the site:
- Order details — your name, email, phone number, and shipping address, provided at checkout.
- Payment data — handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive a confirmation and limited transaction details, not your full card number.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.
2. How we use your information
- To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders.
- To send order confirmations, receipts, and shipping updates.
- To handle returns, refunds, and customer support requests.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.
- To comply with our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.
3. How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the store — for example, our payment processor (Stripe), hosting and database providers, and shipping carriers — and only as needed to perform their services. We may also disclose information where required by law.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function, such as keeping the items in your cart. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
5. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and hashed credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
8. Children's privacy
The store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its “Last updated” date. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the updated policy.
10. Contact
