Terms of Service

ALFY (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this website to sell apparel, footwear, and accessories. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted here with the “Last updated” date above is the one that applies.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. A guest checkout is available and no customer account is required to buy. If you access the administrative area, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under them.

We try to describe and price every product accurately, but errors can occur. All prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or decline an order.

At checkout, every item is re-priced from our records, so the amount you are charged always reflects the current price and available stock rather than any figure cached by your browser.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order and, where applicable, capture payment. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details. If a charge cannot be completed, your order may be cancelled.

Delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout and in our FAQ. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Some items may be excluded for hygiene or safety reasons. See the FAQ for details on how to start a return.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The ALFY name, logo, site content, and design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Product images may be provided by suppliers and remain the property of their respective owners.

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
